I requested a RA number but have not had any response as yet.
You should allow up to 48 hours for the request to be approved. If you have not heard anything from us after this time then contact our Customer Care team quoting the Return Request number you were given at the time of making the request.
As our Returns process is fully automated, all emails regarding your return will be sent to the email address you originally used to register with thus. The emails are there to keep you fully informed and to reduce any need to contact us.
