All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by SpyGear4U before any products are returned.  We have been forced to implement this policy because of the attraction of our products to unscrupulous people who return products after they have profitably gained from the short-term use of the products. We test all of our products before shipping.Your satisfaction is our number one concern.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Contact our Support Center at 1-8-SPYGEAR-4U to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and details including mailing address and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for 5 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.

  • To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
  • Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
  • Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
  • Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery.

All returns must be shipped prepaid. SPYGEAR4U will refund shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise only. SPYGEAR4U.com will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. Products returned to SPYGEAR4U without proof of delivery may result in forfeiture of your refund.

RETURNS EXCEPTIONS
Opened Software, DVD Videos, Books/E-Books,GPS Tracking Systems, GPS Magnet Mount Cases, Custom built items, Drug/Infidelity Test Kits may not be returned for a refund.

All products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations.  Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer.  All returns must be authorized by SpyGear4U before product(s) is returned. SpyGear4U will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at SpyGear4U's discretion. Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by SpyGear4U.  In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a three (3) day period from date of receipt of product(s).
