The product has not been used, but I did open the box am I entitled to a full refund?

From the date of receiving the product, you have 7 days to contact us and advise that you would not like to retain it.

We will be happy to provide with a returns number, however the product and packaging will be checked when received back into our Warehouse. All the items must be present, the packaging must be the original packaging and must not be defaced in anyway. i.e do not write the returns number of your address or any other information directly on to the packaging.

Should you contact us outside of the 7 days, our Customer Services Advisors will make a decision as to whether the item may be returned or not. In these instances a handling or re-stocking fee will always apply. This could be up to 25% of the value of the purchase price of the item.

Custom build equipment is not suitable for return unless under warrantee conditions.
