How does the DRC (Digital Recording Card) work?

Quality digital recordings are achieved by simply forwarding your incoming and/or outgoing calls through our enhanced secure telecom switch. For example, to record an important telephone conversation that you are having with a client, you can simply dial the number we provide for you, and then enter the number you wish to record. From that point on, your conversation will be recorded and stored on our secure password protected system for you to play back when you need them. Once the call is connected through our switch, our advanced digital processors will record every word on both sides of the conversation. For other applications, calls can be recorded completely automatically, without any added steps required! There are several ways to implement our enhanced Call Recorder Card services to meet all your personal and professional needs. See more examples of how Call Recorder Card can work for you.

Recording has never been easier then with our new phone recording technology. The magic is in our prepackaged Call Recorder Cards. Simply purchase the minutes that are right for you. No need to have bulky recorders, or phone interceptor equipment. Simply use the card’s instructions to automatically forward your calls through our state of the art telecommunication switch. Your important conversations will be stored in a safe digital format that only you can access and/or retrieve with your very own PIN (Personal Identification Number).

Digital recording is the best means of sound reproduction available with modern technology. You will enjoy crystal clear recordings, providing your original conversation is clear. The better your phone connection the better your recordings will be. Call Recorder Card services provide unsurpassed quality recordings of all your phone communications.

How It Works
Call Recorder Cards contain instructions for creating a setting where the calls are rerouted through a telecommunications-recording switch. When the system is active, each call is channeled through a recording switch before it is picked up by the receiving party. The Card does not in any way connect to the phone, nor does it replace existing phone service.

This advance in telecommunication technology services allows you to record all of your phone calls on your cell phone, home phone and business phones. Now, record both sides of your cellular or fixed phone line conversations without any hardware, devices or hassle. This new phone recording system is currently the only means to record and archive phone calls without the use of any additional hardware devices. Keep an archival record of the most important calls you get, from conference calls to sales orders.

We have formulated three main 'Scenarios' where the Card can be used easily and effectively; detailed instructions for all scenarios are provided with each card.

Using New Cell Phone:
With the purchase of a new cell phone, all calls can be recorded in the following manner.

Incoming Calls:
Instead of using the number that comes with the phone, we will assign a new number to it, and all calls made to this new number will be automatically recorded.

Outgoing Calls:
Dialing a speed dial that will give a local dial tone will enable all outgoing calls to be recorded.

Using existing cell phone and existing number:
With an existing cell phone, and without changing your number, all calls can be recorded in the following manner.

Incoming Calls:
Calls made to existing phone are forwarded to a second phone. Calls are answered on the second phone and recorded.

Outgoing Calls:
Dialing a speed dial that will give a local dial tone will enable all outgoing calls to be recorded.

Using existing cell phone and new number:
With an existing cell phone, all calls can be recorded in the following manner.

Incoming Calls:
Instead of using the current cell phone number, we will assign a new number to it, and all calls made to new number will be automatically recorded.

Outgoing Calls:
Dialing a speed dial that will give a local dial tone will enable all outgoing calls to be recorded.
